Tyler Ross is a life-long citizen of Fauquier County, Virginia, born on “Hospital Hill” in Warrenton. He has been licensed to transact real estate since 2005.
After earning a degree in Economics from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, Tyler returned home to Warrenton to begin working for a private financing fund where he managed real estate assets, evaluated collateral and marketed non-performing assets for sale, meanwhile moonlighting for a private investor pulling title for, evaluating and ultimately listing investment properties for sale.
Interested in hanging his own shingle, Tyler opened Ross Real Estate in 2012, which has been awarded “Fauquier Best Brokerage” multiple times and has grown from a one person operation to over fifteen agents and two staff members.
Tyler has sold $100,000,000+ in local real estate in over 300 transactions and is one of the few highly experienced land brokers in the area. He’s one of few designated “Accredited Land Consultants” in the state. Additionally, Tyler has participated as a principal investor in rentals, short-term investments, subdivisions, new construction, foreclosures, short-sales and nutrient banks.
Tyler’s interests beyond real estate include jiu jitsu as a founding member of “The Forge Jiu Jitsu” school in Warrenton where he coaches kids and adult classes. Tyler also has two kids he adores who stay as active as he does with chess and lego clubs, jiu jitsu, singing, dancing and baseball.
